activates our senses and makes letting go of worries easier. The usual distractions seem far away and
unimportant. It’s easier to let go of worries (and electronic devices!!) when you’re communing with
nature. Specializing in retreats that may be off site Work, church, self improvement, motivational, strategy and
new year planning. Accommodating up to 75 guests over our beautiful estate properties and special Eagles
Perch Cabin.

Set amidst breathtaking acreage, high atop Lookout Mountain in Mentone, Al. Hugged by historic boulders, shaded by
ancient trees, expansive long range valley and mountain views, the whistle of the train in the valley, home of
soaring Eagles, bears, deer, fox and a variety of wildlife. Host your retreat at one or all of several peaceful and
beautiful site locations, each on acres with an abundance of amenities. Hosting groups from a few to 75
attendees.

Dining Options
Your group can provide your own meals in our gourmet kitchens, order catered in meals from our chefs,
or hire our personal chefs to prepare some, or all of your meals on site. Drawing on influences from
the local harvest in Mentone to Southern Cuisine and seafood specialties. our chefs aim to please
the palate with nourishment made from fresh, seasonal ingredients designed to energize and nourish
all body types.
Meals are served buffet-style. Our chef is available to help you create the perfect menu if desired.
Amenities and Activities
On site yoga, meditation, nature walks, art lessons, fire circles, spa tubs, glass blowing workshops,
cooking classes, writing workshops, floral design workshops, guided hiking, canoeing, pontoon river
rides, all can be scheduled to enhance your program.
